Refund Policy

Unwanted Items

If you wish to return an item, please email sales@acrspares.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return. Unwanted items can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused, in its original, unopened packaging
• It’s in resalable condition
• It hasn’t been installed, registered, or tampered with

Returns outside of this policy will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use a tracked and signed-for service when sending items back.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable, including where free shipping was applied. A standard delivery charge of £9.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Items If your item develops a fault within 30 days, email sales@acrspares.net ( I will confirm email address shortly ) with your order details and a description of the issue. We’ll assess and advise whether a return, exchange, or manufacturer repair is appropriate.

Faults caused by misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage are not covered. Battery-related issues are not considered grounds for full product replacement.
