Delivery Information

Order Before 2:00 PM for Same-Day Dispatch
We’re committed to dispatching your orders quickly and reliably. All orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Process
 Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival. If you’re not available, you can request that your parcel be left with a neighbour or in a designated safe place — please note this is done at your own risk.

Delivery Hours
 Standard delivery times are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave instructions to rearrange it. In some cases, an additional handling fee may apply for redelivery.

Free UK Mainland Shipping
 We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £100 + VAT. This service usually arrives within 3–5 working days.
